WARM UP  With a partner, share one thing that you did this summer that was really fun and interresting

Warm up continued  Share summer experiences with the class

6 th grade reaction so far  You will have 3 minutes to think of some of the good and bad things you have experienced so far in 6 th grade.  Any problems you have will soon be figured out  There are plenty of people at BAMS to help you.

Share something about yourself with us!!  You will have 1 minute to think of something about yourself that you would like to share with the class.  I will now call out your names and have you share one thing with our team.

NAME-TAG  YOU WILL ALL GET A PIECE OF PAPER  FOLD THE PAPER IN ½  WRITE YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME  YOU WILL NEED THIS EVERYDAY IN HEALTH CLASS

(yes on day #1)  With your PARENTS, create a list of 5 things that you think should be taught in 6 th grade Health class  Parents must sign the homework  Your name must be on the top of the homework  This assignment is worth 14 points  10 points for listing 5 Health topics  2 points for parent signature  2 points for name on paper  HW is due tomorrow
