 Team building is a vital part in developing a successful team.  Team building is an important skill that will be transferred to many life experiences.  You will be required to use team building in: › College › Job › Family

 What qualities must an individual or team possess to become successful?  Graffiti Exercise:  Break into your groups (4). Each group find a piece of butcher paper lying on the floor. Write down as many answers you can think of. After 5 minutes you will be asked to switch. You are not allowed to copy the same answer another group has come up with. We will regroup and discuss our answers.

Awareness & Icebreakers Non – competitive and non-threatening activities that allow teams and individuals to get to know each other better Trust & Communication Putting your safety in someone else hands. Teams have to start thinking more, working together, and trusting one another’s opinions to work out problems.

Debriefing The Experience Team members ask themselves: How did it go? Awareness and Transfer of Learning Team members ask themselves and the team: What they can do next time to develop a more effective plan?
