The system should:  Take input in the form of resumes and job descriptions  Have a web interface accessible via the internet where candidates can create accounts and submit resumes and hiring managers can create accounts and submit job descriptions - Data submitted via this web interface must be captured and saved so that it can be accessed by recruiting firm staff  Match resumes and job descriptions based on keywords relevant to the industry that the recruiting firm deals with (the MIS industry) - The recruiting staff should have the ability to add new keywords and edit existing keyword data  Generate a list of candidates whose skills best match new job descriptions as they are received from the website - A report detailing these matches should be automatically sent to the appropriate recruiting staff member(s)
