4  Organizations advertise in their websites or job sites  Job seekers send their CV to the website through e-mail or using World Wide Web  The CVs then will be shortlisted according to the requirement of the organization

5  Job portals – posting the position with job description and job specification on the job portals and also searching for the suitable resume  Own website of the organization – companies can add application system to their own website where job seekers can submit their resume

6 Job portals provide this major benefit to the organizations where they can screen and filter the resumes according to their need and demand by the pre-defined criteria's for the job. Those criteria’s may include skills, qualifications, experience, pay roll etc.

7  Detailed job description and job specifications in the job postings to attract candidates with the right skill sets and qualifications at the first stage.  Should be incorporated into the overall recruitment strategy of the organization  Well defined and structured applicant tracking system should be integrated and the system should have a back-end support  Along with the back-office support a comprehensive website to receive and process job applications should be developed

11 Head Hunting is the process of working closely with an employer, understanding the strategic hiring and growth needs, defining the perimeters of a search, identifying the targets/ top talents at mid to top level of other organizations, making a approach to the selected targets, understanding candidates’ personal Pull/Push factors, managing and preparing clients' and candidates' expectations and brokering of an employment contract - covering package/title/CTCs etc
