The academy released an updated version of Introduction to Networks.  Streamlined -Reduction in the length of the course Extra material beyond the scope of the ITN put in an appendix Labs shortened  Extensive use of short videos to demonstrate key topics  Removal of duplicate content  Some content rewritten to reduce the number of words

How successful?

20 RPI-Schenectady NetSpace  Importance of using NetSpace.  Where are the Course Resources?  Chrome no longer supports java so therefore does not allow the use of the packet tracer questions in the assessments.  Recommended - recent versions of Firefox and IE  Change in how to re-enable incomplete assessments  Problems with site in September have been addressed  Add Bernadette as an ASC support specialist at your academy.
