Mexican is our specialty with all our “secret” sauces made from scratch, burgers that will make your mouth water, and salads that you can create your way. So whether it is your lunch for the day, a dinner meal to go, once you experience the warm atmosphere, comfortable dining, the friendly service, and a menu that that has something for everyone’s palate, you will be back to Queso Grill® again. Background of Queso Grill® After many years of research and due diligence, Jason Emerson opened up his first Queso Grill® in 2010 in Lincroft, NJ. Mr. Emerson has over 25 years in the food industry and Queso Grill® is located adjacent to a successful dine-in restaurant that Mr. Emerson owns. Queso Grill® was designed and tweaked over the years to make the build-out, operations, recipes, and comprehensive training program where Jason is able to leverage his many years of experience in the restaurant business to create a partnership between you and him for a successful Queso Grill® franchise. While Jason believes in setting the standards high, he keeps his motto at Queso Grill® simple: keep it clean, fresh, friendly, and you will have a customer for life!
