 PLANT SPECIES: barrel cactus, compass cactus and wislizeni  ANIMAL SPECIES: cataphractus armadillo lizard

 PLANT: barrel cactus have water stored inside of there cylinder shaped bodies  ANIMAL: they burrow underground and only come out at night when its cooler
