ICT FOR OPEN AND DISTANCE LEARNING Gives opportunity to students who have dropped out or cannot continue formal education. Access to e-books, digital learning resources, etc. shall be developed as student support services. All open and distance learning institutions should provide online services for admissions, examinations, grievance redressal, etc. Online courses can enable the students to have access to expert teachers.
