composting is when you gather garden debris and put all together to break down into soil. The compost can be a product called fertilizer. Fertilizer helps make the soil better for plants. Enviro-Pig The enviro-pig is a pig genetically modified to digest phosphorus better. This helps so it doesn’t stink up the whole town. Regular pigs don’t digest phosphorus properly which makes the feces smell. One pro is that it helps so the feces don’t smell as bad. A con is that the FDA doesn’t allow us to eat it. Biodegradable products Biodegradable products are made from various items like plants. It helps us not use non renewable products like metals. One thing that’s good is that we don’t use non renewable products and one bad thing is that they tend to be more expensive than regular products these products came available in the 20 th century.
