The Main Characters The main characters are Rufus Mayflower who has brown skin, he is a boy, he's very nice, he is in charge of the TOOTHPASTE company and he is in 8th grade and the other main character is Kate McKinstrey who has white skin, is a girl, very kind and respectful, also in charge of the TOOTHPASTE company with Rufus, and is in 8th grade with Rufus.

Problem The problem in the story is that Kate buys to many toothpaste tubes and doesn't know what to do with the tubes. There were 7,200 tubes!

Solution The solution is that Rufus and Kate found a toothpaste plant with a toothpaste machine in the plant and it was an easier way to put the toothpaste into the toothpaste tubes.

Fun Facts There is another thing I want to tell about the book. There is one more person in charge of the TOOTHPASTE company. Hector. Kate found hector while she was looking at the toothpaste machine. Hector has brown skin like Rufus, he is a boy like Rufus, nice, he used to work for the Happy Lips Plant, and is in charge of the TOOTHPASTE company.

Stars I give this book four stars because it has true- to-life things in the book, it has a lot of dialog, and this book is one of the best books I've ever read!

Setting In the story, there are a few settings. In the math class, at the TOOTHPASTE plant, and in Kate's laundry room.

Recommend I would recommend this book to other people because it is very funny! It gave me an idea that I want to make toothpaste now too!
