The Three Pillars of Coaching 1. Objectives: Focus on what you want and how to obtain it. 2. Values: Find out what is important for you and use your values as the base to reach your objectives. 3. Beliefs: Question those limiting beliefs and reinforce the positive ones through tasks that provide feedback.

What is a Team Coach? Research identifies several core roles for the external team coach, helping the team to: 1. Define its purpose and priorities 2. Understand its environment 3. Identify and tackle barriers to performance 4. Build the team learning plan 5. Grow confidence in themselves and their leader 6. Some Team Coaching Tools SRWR – Stop, Reflect, Write & Report: Post-its Activity. Always “invite” to report! Do not judge! Assumptions Activity: “ My team seems like (a machine) because…” or “I am a (animal) because…” Fist 5: serves as a thermometer… Emotional Photographs: “In one word, how do you feel right now?” “how do you feel after this first meeting? Affinity Circles Reflection and Dialogue : How did you feel, why, what are the consequences for the team? No judging, no ping-pong.
