1. Progress on Action Plan Systemic policy constraints towards implementation of NAIP identified 1. Private sector engagement 2. Lack of representation of Civil Society Organizations, farmers and women at different levels of policy making processes 3.Coordination problem 4.Inadequate capacity of policy makers to use analytical information and evidence for policy making 5.Lack of Agricultural Knowledge System
