Central and municipal level institutions are supported to jointly design and implement gender responsive policies on private sector development and job creation Output II Production of local women and men owned businesses/farmers is improved and domestic agricultural products are promoted

3 Output I: Results Enhanced capacities - 14 MTI employees on drafting project proposals and designing action plans Evidence based policy making - sector profiles on Chemicals industry and Plastics and rubber industry launched Aid effectiveness and coordination - Division of Tourism organized two roundtables for donors and other relevant stakeholders,

4 Output I: Results Institutional cooperation mechanism enabling intra and inter- governmental is established Export promotion and business networking – exposure of local businesses in international fair MTI staff have enhanced knowledge and increased capacities to draft cluster policies Analytical study on Human Resources Development (HDR) in tourism and hospitality conducted, providing the base for drafting the HRD Strategy on Tourism and Hospitality

5 Output II: Results 27 farmers, 9 of which women, have increased income for their families and are more competitive in the market Advisory services and monitoring by IADK/AfT staff 10 educative videos on sustainable farming practices Draft Law on Agriculture and Rural Development in line with SAA requirements initiated

7 Key expected results Institutions at the central and local level have enhanced cooperation Draft Law on Agriculture and Rural Development finalized Human Development Report: 1) Agriculture Education & Training; 2) Sustainable Agricultural productivity; 3) Rural infrastructure, and 4) Special features of life in rural areas Kosovo’s observer status in World Trade Organisation (WTO) KIESA further enhanced capacities in supporting SMEs, promoting investment and export. Internship opportunities facilitated
