The “ Greater Things ” Signs in the Gospel of John

Signs They point to something. They can be read in different ways. What they point to is more important than the sign itself.

Signs in the Gospel of John 1. Water to wine at Cana. 2. Restoration of health for official ’ s son. 3. Sabbath healing at pool of Bethsaida. 4. Feeding of the 5000 & walk on water. 5. Sabbath healing of the blind man. 6. Restoration of life to Lazarus. 7. Jesus “ lifted up ” on the cross.
