IP policy at the University of Debrecen - History Established in 2001 – no responsible body was appointed for the protection and commercial development 2006 – new version was adopted, but still no responsible body for IP management. Improvements on ownership issues and in managing research collaborations The IP policy being in effect today was revised by the TTO of the University. - The TTO is responsible for managing IP arisen at the University. - Still have deficiencies, but it’s under revision. Continuous revision based on feedbacks and performance is critical!
