LONG TERM GOALS Enhance higher order thinking among college students through Individualized Instruction

SHORT TERM GOALS 1.Encourage students to be independent thinkers. 1.Develop the research skills of the students. 3. Motivate the students to aim higher goals.

INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES AND TASKS 1.Adapt individualized instruction method. 2.Encourage the use of technology such as On line instruction, Internet, and MS Power Point. 3. Develop self confidence, self worth and Self trust among the students through oral Presentation of their finished work/task.

Solutions to Anticipated Challenges CHALLENGES The Administrators may not be open to the Individualized Instruction method. 2. The acceptability and adaptability of the method to the students. 3. The unavailability of the resources such as books, manuals, and computer units. SOLUTIONS 1.Discuss the objectives of the I.I. method to the Administrators. 2. Present the advantages of the method and the changes that it will bring to them. 3. Request books and other resources to the administrators and develop proper time management.

CLASSROOM RULES AND REGULATIONS The students will work according to their own pace, however they must see their teachers for consultation and presentation of the finished task.
