May 3-4, 2006 PPSI Meeting - Sarasota FL8 Where Are We Now? MOU signed by 31 participants + endorsed by 35 others outside dialogue 3 projects virtually completed. 6 other projects in process. 2 projects not funded. $885,000 raised from manufacturers, recyclers, and government.
