10 April 18-19, 2007 Washington DC 9 Health, Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory Issues – White Paper  White paper completed  Extend the volatile organic content (VOC) provisions of the federal Architectural and Industrial Maintenance rule for recycled content paint to Ozone Transport Commission states (Maine to Virginia) and others.

11 April 18-19, 2007 Washington DC 10 Health, Safety, Environmental, and Regulatory Issues – White Paper  PSI to write letter to OSHA to obtain its acceptance in writing regarding the current procedure followed by paint recyclers of using virgin paint material safety data sheets (MSDSs) as representative of the contents of recycled paint.
