 NEW THIS YEAR Tardy referrals will be handled by the Deans! Deans will issues consequences for tardies based on the attendance reports generated from PowerSchool! Consequences will be issued for every 6 th tardy students receive. TEACHERS PLEASE REMEMBER TO TAKE ATTENDANCE EVERY PERIOD

 Late to school students will be handled by the attendance office!  Students who arrive late to school with either be excused (LE) or unexcused (LS)  1 st PERIOD ONLY – Students arriving more than 5 minutes late to your class, MUST HAVE A PASS! If they do not, send them immediately to the attendance office.  If they arrive within the first 5 minutes of class, let them in and mark them TARDY.  Students who arrive to class with a pass ARE NOT TARDY!  Students who are LTS 3+ times will receive an IMMEDIATE consequence!

 PERIODS 2-9 ONLY Students who are:  5-9 minutes late Admitted Marked TARDY  10+ minutes late Send student to Deans office immediately with a truancy referral.  If a student is absent your ENTIRE class period he/she is TRUANT and a referral MUST be written. VERIFY PERIOD TRUANCY USING THE DAILY ATTENDANCE REPORT SENT BY LISA BANKS.
