REGION V Detroit Chapter #045 Highlights Exceeded our Research Promotion goal! Awarded our first Joseph B. Olivieri Scholarship of $1,000 to Lou Salge of Lawrence Tech! Re-established our connection with the Future City Competition and the Science & Engineering Fair of Metro Detroit (SEFMD). We will award two $100 SEFMD scholarships in September and continue thereafter! Held our first electronic elections! Established a monthly column in support of the annual theme! Surveyed membership to evaluate past and plan for the future!
