CG AAUW Bylaws 2015 Update – Next Steps 1.Announce in Monthly Calendar when bylaws will be available on line 2.Post bylaws on the website at least 30 days prior to October 15 3.Presentation of bylaws at September 17 meeting 4.Questions taken at meeting and via email or phone 5.Confirm number of members needed for quorum 6.Ratification vote by membership at October 15 monthly meeting 7.Dates for election of additional directors and next board meeting set 8.Appointment of four additional directors per bylaw requirement 9.Revise Policies and Procedures document as required by references in the bylaws.
