DRIVER TRAINING POWER POINT

Upon the completion of the Cicero Fire Department Squad # 1 Power Point Training the operators will be able to identify the vehicle and components.

Cicero Squad # 1 is 2008 Ford F-350 Super Duty Crew Cab 4 X 4 with a Reading Body This vehicles primary use is for EMS alarms responding out of Station # 1

VEHICLE AND SAFETY INFORMATION

The vehicle is currently covered under the factory warranty, which is for five years. In the event repairs are required to the vehicle, the vehicle will be taken to the appropriate Ford repair facility.

The driver and officer are responsible to review the seating capacity of the vehicle which is five (5). Only those seats with factory installed seat belts should be occupied, in the event a seat belt is not working a Chief and Commissioner shall be notified No member shall ride on the exterior of the vehicle at anytime, there are NO exceptions!

ALL OCCUPANTS MUST BE BELTED OR THE VEHICLE DOES NOT MOVE AS IT’S CICERO F.D. POLICY

Cicero Squad # 1 is equipped with “Anti Lock Brakes” (ABS) DRIVERS NEED TO UNDERSTAND HOW ANTI LOCK BRAKES (ABS) WORK

The vehicle is equipped with a drivers and passenger side air bag.
