Presentation transcript:

How confident are you that your staff are performing to the best of their ability for at least 80% of the time?

The Practice Culture Snapshot™ What is important to you?Practice Culture Snapshot™ Having happy staff? Improving the trust between you and your staff? Knowing where your staff training needs are? Knowing how to improve staff performance and productivity? Having a comprehensive, easy-to- administer and cost-effective culture checking system?

Managing staff is not easy for many Principal Dentists There are different personalities to consider. There are the day-to-day demands of running a business competing with your time. There are gender issues facing many practices – given that Practices usually have a greater ratio of women:men than many industries. You are busy in your surgery being productive – how are you supposed to know what is really going on?!

If your staff are happy, listened to, acknowledged, respected, supported, trained, noticed and valued, they are far more likely to work hard and be more productive in your Practice. How can you know where to start if you don’t know where you ARE?

We can help you understand exactly what your Practice Culture looks like now, so that you can plan how you want it to look in the future. Subscribe to the Practice Culture Snapshot™, an easy-to-administer, low-cost process that:Practice Culture Snapshot™ Assesses 20 key areas of staff satisfaction. Allows staff to feedback to you in an anonymous and unbiased medium. Identifies the highest priority areas of concern. Shows you where you are doing well. Gives you loads of information about Leadership, Management and training needs.

Your staff feel that you have noticed them, appreciate their feedback, asked them for suggestions and value the culture in your Practice. All without taking much of your time... BECAUSE WE DO IT FOR YOU!

What is a good culture worth to your Practice? “How do I get my people to do what I want?” This is the one question I hear most often from business owners. And the answer I invariably give them is, “You can’t! You can’t get your people to do anything. If you want it done,” I tell them, “you’re going to have to create an environment in which ‘doing it’ is more important to your people than not doing it. Where ‘doing it’ well becomes a way of life for them.” Michael E Gerber, The EMyth Revisited 1995

How do we do it? Every six months we send your staff members a link to a short survey.

How do we do it? Your staff spend 5 minutes rating their experience (online) on 20 key areas of staff satisfaction.

We collate and analyse that data and send you a Report.

Your Monthly Report charts the journey of your staff, and shows you: What you are doing well. What is important to your staff. Where you can improve (including a priority scale). Whether you are likely to have recruitment needs within the next 6 months. Whether your staff would recommend that others work with you, and why.

It’s a simple equation… Ask + Think + Act + Discuss = BEST opportunity to have happy productive staff

That makes EVERYONE feel good…
