WORKING CONDITIONS n Athletic Trainers usually work indoors at a gym or training facility. They have constant contact with coaches and athletes

SKILLS Some of the skills that a athletic trainer needs is n Be physically fit n Read and understand written materials n Judge the costs and benefits of a possible action n Use math skills to solve problems n Motivate, develop, and direct people as they work n Manage the time of self and others n Look for ways to help people n Determine the tools and equipment needed to do a job n Persuade others to approach things differently n Solve problems

Employment Outlook The employment field is large in gyms and doctors offices. Athletic trainers are in high demand because of all the athletes.
