Meet Our Founder Shuffle’s Founder & CEO Craig Collett started building Shuffle in his free time in Originally from South Africa, Craig moved to Canada in His background includes experience consulting and working for companies in Canada, the UK and South Africa, including medium, large and corporate business sectors in various industries. In 2014, Craig quit his job to pursue developing Shuffle full-time. Here’s what Craig has to say about what inspired him to build Shuffle: “Personal privacy has always been a big deal for me. With today’s complex and interconnected social and business lifestyle there is a growing need for a communication solution that offers users flexible, smart communication options. Shuffle addresses the need for personal privacy where individuals take on different identities in their everyday life.” The idea for Shuffle was born in 2013, after Craig looked himself up on Google, and was astonished by how easy it was to find his personal contact information online. Later, while watching an episode of Shark Tank where a founder was pitching an app that allowed users to block unwanted calls. Craig started to wonder whether there was a way to build an app that would allow users to block unwanted calls and protect their identity, while helping them take control of their communication in other ways, too. And with that, the idea for Shuffle was born.

Shuffle currently offers phone numbers in all 50 states in the United States as well as all provinces and major cities in Canada. Is Shuffle available for Android? Development of Shuffle for Android will begin once the iOS version is fully optimized. Can I call/text numbers outside the US & Canada? Currently you can only make/receive calls and send/receive messages between US and Canadian numbers. Will Shuffle numbers be available in more countries?
