SCANNER DEFINITION The Pharmanex BioPhotonic Scanner is a unique tool that non-invasively measures carotenoids levels in skin tissues using the long-accepted science of Raman Spectroscopy. SCANNER LEASE AGREEMENT Lease term: Initial lease term: 36 months Renewal lease term: 12 months Payments: Scanner down payment: €500 Shipping fee: €50 + VAT Scanner monthly lease fee: €150 + VAT Renewal term lease fee: €109 + VAT

LEASE SCHEDULES Shedule A: According to the Lease Agreement, the Lease Holder authorises the Lessor to charge all Scanner related fees to the credit card specified in Schedule A. Schedule B: a written approval, signed by the customer, Lease Holder shall ensure that no scan is performed without having obtained first a signed Consent from the customer. Loss and Damage Waiver (the “Waiver”) Mandatory €15 + VAT Covers all Loss and Damage cases according to Scanner Lease Agreement

SCANNER MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME 5 new customers in the Automatic Delivery Rewards (“ADR”) programme each month, or obtain 3,000 Group Sales Volume (“GSV”) each month during the entire term of this Agreement (“Minimum ADR/GSV Requirement”) Failing to meet the minimum ADR/GSV requirement for three (3) consecutive months shall be considered as a material breach.

SCANNER DEACTIVATION Declined rental and loss & damage waiver payments result in Scanner deactivation on the 25th of the month of payment default. Between the 07 and the 25th of the month, check your emails and voicemail messages from your Scanner support to avoid the deactivation of your Scanner. Deactivated Scanners lead to lease termination if payment is not cleared upon deactivation. Remaining declined payments lead to a Sales on Hold (SOH) placed on your account.
