COACH LEARNING EXPERIENCE # 9 Floodlight Vision Objective: #1- Participants will be introduced to the concept of Floodlight Vision Floodlight Vision is an intentional way of thinking that focuses on strengths, possibilities, solutions and success. 3

COACH LEARNING EXPERIENCE # 9 Floodlight Vision Floodlight Vision means standing back and asking “what else is there? This means looking at the past- present - future with a broad focus on contributing factors and possible solutions. Floodlight Vision is a frame of mind that is open- minded, non-judgmental, and optimistic. Floodlight thinking is an intentional process used to open up our view. 4
