HELPING PEOPLE THRIVE: A SHIFT IN THINKING STRENGTH BASED MODEL Our focus is about enriching a person’s life as an alternative to our historical approach of eliminating and managing those actions that have been labeled as inappropriate like target behaviors. The purpose of our service/supports is to assist in improving a person’s quality of life. Our role as service providers and care givers is to develop relationships that will assist people served to believe in their skills & abilities.
