Measuring the Power of Learning.™ CAASPP Accessibility and Accommodations 6 New for 2015–16 Changes to the Test Operation Management System (TOMS): Student test settings must be entered for 2015–16, as student test settings from 2014–15 will not be retained Individualized education program (IEP) / Section 504 plan indicators must be set in the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS) to access accommodations test setting in TOMS –For students with an IEP, the Primary Disability code must also be set in CALPADS to access accommodations test setting in TOMS

The CDE shall respond to the request within four business days from the date of the electronic transmission.
