 GCDP product: Target and select the top-quality and well known projects Establish LC to LC cooperation with the suppliers of these projects Promote them among Potential EPs

 GIP Product Supply and demand analysis Target the Top TN suppliers who can recruit our EPs Establish cooperation with these countries

Focused students Market and Recruitment Recruit and Raise EPs whose profiles match the targeted supply Set clear expectations with EPs during the selection Massive EP recruitment for GCDP projects Cooperate with VP ER in selling the OGX product: develop partnerships with more universities, language institutes and private language schools

EP Quality growth Focus on raising high-quality EPs that are matchable Selection based on: competence, motivation and attitude
