Introduction This paper discusses about a virtual organization The virtual organization which I had selected was ESPN. The ESPN was a channel which telecasts sports based shows.

ESPN The term ESPN can be abbreviated as Entertainment and Sports Programming Network. ESPN was a U.S.-based satellite television channel and global cable and it was had joined with the companies namely The Walt Disney Company and Hearst Corporation.

niche marketing The niche market of the ESPN channel was considered as the subset of the market in which a particular product had been focused.

Customer involvement The customer involvement was shortly known as CI. The customer involvement with this channel was good since they were attracted by the TV shows telecasted by this channel.

Potential target market The ESPN channel was targeting the audience using their placement of strategy. The ESPN channel will produce the news breaks that were considered as the original content. They will target female for hosting the sports programs too.

USP strategies The term USP can be abbreviated as Unique selling proposition The aim of this USP strategy was for advertising and marketing of the ESPN channel’s professionals. This strategy includes the creativity and the hard searching of soul.

customer feedback They should improve their accessing of internet speed to high for watching their programs The customers should have better mobile experience The ESPN channel should be provided with the internet TV.
