WP 6 - TIME PLAN

Task 6.1: Work out the evaluation methodology EVALUATION HANDBOOK The evaluation handbook explains the methodology and gives information needed to conduct the evaluation on a local level. Content of Evaluation Handbook –High level objectives and evaluation approach –Expected outputs of the REZIPE project –Methodology –Evaluation time plan and task sharing –Description of current situation –Annexes

Task 6.2: Evaluation of Pilot Implementations Task 6.2 will perform evaluation of pilot implementations and provide support to project partners when needed Intermediate and final evaluation report will be produced Preparation of Vision document – coordinated by PP2 (FGM)

Next steps for evaluation of pilot implementations INTERMEDIATE REPORT – CONTENTS -The REZIPE cities: problems, objectives, actions -Overview of evaluation activities (introduction, methodology, targets, work programme and team) -The achievements of REZIPE -The impacts of REZIPE pilot implementations (energy, environment, transport system, society, economy, conclusions) -Lessons learned and concluding remarks

6.3 Exploiting validated local concepts with the view on CEUS (coordinated by PP2) Core output: Central Europe Transfer Toolbox Toolbox supporting stakeholders to transfer the findings from the demonstrations to other CEUS regions not participating in the project,

6.4 Going public ZERO Platform and follower briefing (coordinated by LP) Core output: Co-ordinating ZERO platform: Permanent forum as joint undertaking of project partners, associated partners and other stakeholder having a memorandum of understanding targeting zero emissions policies and the use of renewable energy for mobility Briefing document: create awareness with potential followers, Briefing handout: give followers backing documents at hand,
