WP3 - Proceedings Consortium Meeting, Reggio Emilia Doris Wiederwald Peter Wintersteller

T.3.1.1. – SWOT Analysis The aim was to provide a tool for the partners to analyse strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the local implementations Has to be distributed to 5 stakeholders and 2 observers Short update on observer feedback, Observers: –FGM  Maarten van Bommelen (Project Coordinator of the BIOSIRE Project) –Klagenfurt  Mr.Miklin (Project Partner CEMOBIL) –Checklist/ catalogue of (real) requirements Update on feedback from the start up workshops

T.3.1.2. Show Cases Finalized Available as download at the internal area and at the website Cases had been imported into the Eltis database Cases can be found over a implemented google map on the website as well

T.3.1.3. Societal Acceptance (ISOE) Aim: exploit societal acceptance, driving factors and hindrances of the implementations in interviews and focus groups Aim: 3-4 focus group discussions or interviews Deadline: June 2011 Main questions: How is zero emission mobility perceived among prospective users in the REZIPE partner cities Expectations of trial vehicles, support schemes, purchase promotion  Input ISOE please

T.3.2.1. Planning guidelines for the implementation Document prepared to support implementations within the REZIPE pilot regions and implementations in follower cities The document contains a collection of useful information to be considered for a successful implementation comprises a summary of issues, to be considered by every team before starting their implementations aim of the document is to give the pilot regions a “checklist” before they start their local work Available as download at the website

T.3.2.1. Planning guidelines for the implementation The decision to prepare a checklist (and not a 50 page guideline) had been taken within the REZIPE consortium on the last meeting based on various reasons: the first one is that responsible experts working at the implementation prefer a short checklist of points to be considered during / before the implementation instead of a comprehensive document (lack of time to read through it); the second one was that it was agreed that it is not possible to provide a guideline with comprehensive information which is valid in all countries;

Task 3.2.1 Planning guidelines for implementation Document focusing the following points: oImplementation work flow omaterials and components oVehicles oElectricity oInfrastructure oMobility providers

T.3.2.2. Implementation Directory Describes implementations (public and internal parts) 1 page per pilot region Available as download at the internal area of the website Content also on the website at the description of the implementation regions Update of pictures, to see the implementation progress

T.3.3 Momentum building exploiting Strengths and Assets of the regions All PP: pls. short input on the start-up WS and the respective outcomes Summary report of all WS (by LP) Status quo?

T.3.4.1. Transferability Report Provide a picture what may be achieved by full roll out of zero emission from renewable energy platform –Describes the possibilities and preconditions for a bigger roll out of renewable energy for zero emission mobility in CENTRAL EUROPE –Summarises the main enabling factors –Provide a complete picture how a joint approach may build momentum in CENTRAL EUROPE –Usable in all CENTRAL EUROPE countries Was finalised in March 2011 – availabe on internal area Thanks to all for support and inputs!

T.3.4.1. Transferability Report Provide a picture what may be achieved by full roll out of zero emission from renewable energy platform –Describes the possibilities and preconditions for a bigger roll out of renewable energy for zero emission mobility in CENTRAL EUROPE (DE, AT, PL, SK, HU, SI, IT, CZ) –Summarises the main enabling factors –Provide a complete picture how a joint approach may build momentum in CENTRAL EUROPE –Usable in all CENTRAL EUROPE countries Was finalised in March 2011 – availabe on internal area Thanks to all for support and inputs!

T.3.4.2. Transferability Criteria Criteria for a bigger roll out of renewable energy for zero emission mobility in CEUS Due in March 2012, Draft will be made in next months Concrete criteria are defined due to experiences with demonstrators amending the transferability report –Local setting public utilities (city owned, private) –Weather (temperature, sun), air quality problems –Topography (hills) –Transport system characteristics/problems (also commercial transport) –Other local assets like producers..
