Planning guidelines for the implementation Document prepared to support implementations within the REZIPE pilot regions and implementations in follower cities The document contains a collection of useful information to be considered for a successful implementation comprises a summary of issues, to be considered by every team before starting their implementations aim of the document is to give the pilot regions a “checklist” before they start their local work Available as download at the website

6. T.3.2.1. Planning guidelines for the implementation The decision to prepare a checklist (and not a 50 page guideline) had been taken within the REZIPE consortium on the last meeting based on various reasons: the first one is that responsible experts working at the implementation prefer a short checklist of points to be considered during / before the implementation instead of a comprehensive document (lack of time to read through it); the second one was that it was agreed that it is not possible to provide a guideline with comprehensive information which is valid in all countries;
