Session 5b, 23 October 2008 eChallenges e-2008 Copyright 2008 Access-eGov Motivation, problem area main objective is to support citizens or businesses in their life event situations life event – situation in life of citizen or during life cycle of the business organization, which requires some government services traditional or electronic services –electronic forms, web services complex life events – consist of many sub-goals, each sub- goal can be full-filled by government service
