Central Norfolk Health & Social Care Better Care for Norfolk – Involving Users and the Public, Eg.. Children’sParents actively involved in the stream work. ElectiveViews gathered through stakeholder workshop and patient involved in design of Referral Management Service. ComplicationsPatient and carer involved in stream work for tracheotomy care. EmergencyViews gathered through stakeholder workshop and from patients using next day clinics Health Improvement Survey of 200 older people with Age Concern Norwich and patient surveys of those using the new outreach services. Very positive feedback re the Harnser Outreach service – 95% of patients surveyed said their overall impression of the service was excellent or very good and 97% would be happy to use the service again. Mental Health On-going programme of public involvement run by N&WMHP including service user groups. Non ClinicalProposals will be part of the consultation on the local transport plan run by the Planning and Transport Unit, after County Council Cabinet approves proposals. Palliative Care Plans for carers to be part of workstream as new model of care is developed. TherapiesBefore embarking on the development of any plans, therapists will be actively involving current patients to obtain their views on preferred location of treatment, transport difficulties, availability of appointments, waiting times.
