HDL-MGSM.431

Description MGSM.431 is an automation module based on GSM monitoring and controlling. Being at a great distance you can operate a target (turn on light, AC, curtain …) by sending a single SMS or receive messages on a status of a specific module e.g. alarms.

Wiring

Configuration  Network parameters Before you start using and configuring this module, you need to change the IP address of this module and set it under the same IP segment as your PC or router and 1IP module ( if there is one).The default IP address is P.s: the device must be restarted after changing its IP address

Date settings Date and time settings are used as standard timer settings for functions that require date and time, you can set your PC’s date and time by just clicking on “PC time “ and save.

Service center number Every telecommunication service provider company has its unique service centre number and this module requires providing the correct service number and it’s a key configuration before the SMS module is able to send out any massage.

Receive SMS The SMS module can receive a message to trigger a target. You can set a massage content on SMS module and define a target for each message, you can control that target by sending the corresponding SMS content to this module e.g. turn on lights, AC, open/close curtain and so on ….. - you can setup about 99- groups and each group can have about 48 targets at most.

Send SMS The SMS module can send out a message to inform or alarm about the status of a specific module (motion sensor, logic module,security module). Hint: - You can set about 20 input groups at most and each group can send-out a maximum of 10 short messages. NB: - Group NO is also used as the Universal switch number.

Test sim-card signal The SMS module can show the signal strength of the inserted SIM card, you can see whether there is signal or not. - You can also test the SIM card and check whether it’s working fine or not, by sending short message to a specific telephone number

Application 1) turn on a relay channel by SMS message from your mobile. Input SMS content here and remember its case sensitive Assign the relay module subnet ID and device ID here “ sms content “ will be sent from your mobile to control the target

Application If this option is selected, only authorized numbers can send SMS to this module Verified phone numbers
