Hemeroteca Clara Campoamor (Research Resources Center) Clara Campoamor building opened on March 8 of this year, so we are still “under construction". It houses the periodicals collection of the faculties of Law and Humanities that are both the oldest of the University of Murcia.

Hemeroteca Clara Campoamor building is distributed in four floors: - First and second floor are open access, with the latest issues of printed periodicals received. - Third and fourth plants are the depot of the historical collection of periodicals from both faculties in printed format. The collection of periodicals is about 5,000 titles.

Digital Library Nowadays, our main efforts, both financial and human, are devoted to electronic resources: Electronic journals, databases and digital repositories + Discovery tools and Reference management software Digitum: Digital repository of the University Library

Digitum, Digital repository of the University Library, is part of the national repository of library documents Recolecta and also is part of Hispania, the repository of libraries, museums and historical archives. Its purpose is to allow free access to the scientific and academic production of the University to increase the visibility of its contents and ensure the preservation of these digital files.

In this moment we are converting to digital format the articles of 25 journals published by our University, many of them current collections. In fact, Digitum contains over 7,300 articles from journals published by the Faculties of Law and Humanities.

Thank you very much for your attention. Pablo Pérez Ballester
