3 Change in user behaviour
Online users interact with library-related services Expansion of: range of digital assets (whether collection is for purchase, for subscription, or for free); range of services; user preference online everywhere (different devices) UX goes beyond simple usability studies. Local collection search needs to be uni ed, not only across print and electronic, but also across curatorial silos (archives, museums, special collections, repositories, and research data stores).
