6 monthly reporting I need progress reports from all partners after this meeting – Activities by work package – Progress with deliverables – Any highlights – Monitoring of use of resources Supporting documentation will need to be provided for all costs, this will be collected at the end of year 1. Please make sure that you are keeping certified copies of timesheets and documentation (claim forms, receipts, invoices and salaries etc) ready to send. A template for timesheets is available

Mid-term report We are due to provide a mid-term report to the EC This will include – a public progress report – a confidential report and cost claim – and copies of all deliverables attached MDR will send you the current version of the official forms for reporting on your costs when they are due

 Reasonable, justified and necessary  Directly connected with the project  Generated during project lifetime  Actually incurred and duly recorded in accounts, identifiable and verifiable  Staff costs to be reported on a real basis  Indirect costs, flat rate fixed at 7%  Subcontracting no more than 30%  Equipment no more than 10%  Note the ceilings: ◦ personnel rates per country ◦ per staff category ◦ Travel and subsistence rates per city (actuals or per diems are ok) Eligible costs

Ineligible costs VAT unless the beneficiary can prove it is unable to recover it Interest Provisions for future losses Exchange losses Excessive/reckless expenditure If in doubt contact MDR or check the project handbook!
