New Course (Unit 4) Leading in  TV has become an important part of our life.  Do you like watching TV?  Besides watching TV,what else do you do in your space time?

New course(Unit 4) Main idea of text A: ●This is a story about an experiment. ● At the beginning,Ted does not know what else to do without TV. ● In the end he is glad to find that there are many other better things to do than watching TV.

Language points  1 No television this week. Meaning:You won’t be allowed to watch TV this week. “No+noun./doing something” No smoking. No bare feet. No parking.

Language Points 2 We’re taking part in the library’s Great TV Turn-off. Take part in: Are you going to take part in our sports meeting?  3 I was not impressed. Means I didn’t like the idea
