WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO KNOW HOW TO DO LAUNDRY? -Independence! -Convenience -Other ideas?

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS In the following slides, we will learn the steps for doing laundry.

STEP 1 GATHER ALL OF YOUR DIRTY LAUNDRY INTO A BASKET OR HAMPER.

STEP 2 TAKE DIRTY LAUNDRY, FORM OF PAYMENT, AND DETERGENT TO THE LAUNDRY ROOM

STEP 3 SORT LIGHT COLORED LAUNDRY FROM DARK COLORED LAUNDRY.

STEP 4 FIND THE NUMBER OF WASHING MACHINES YOU WILL NEED. - WHAT IS A FULL LOAD?

STEP 5 PLACE DARK LAUNDRY TOGETHER IN A MACHINE AND LIGHT LAUNDRY TOGETHER IN ANOTHER MACHINE.

STEP 6 ADD THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF DETERGENT TO EACH MACHINE.

STEP 7 SWIPE YOUR CAROLINA CARD AND SELECT THE APPROPRIATE CYCLE FOR EACH MACHINE. +

STEP 8 WHEN THE WASH CYCLE IS FINISHED, REMOVE WET LAUNDRY FROM THE MACHINE(S) AND PLACE IN LAUNDRY BASKET OR HAMPER.

STEP 9 LOAD YOUR LAUNDRY INTO THE APPROPRIATE NUMBER OF DRYERS.

STEP 10 SWIPE YOUR CAROLINA CARD AND SELECT A DRY CYCLE.

STEP 11 WHEN THE DRY CYCLE IS FINISHED, CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR LAUNDRY IS DRY. IF IT IS DRY, GO TO STEP 13. IF IT IS NOT, GO TO STEP 12.

STEP 12 RE-SWIPE YOUR CAROLINA CARD AND SELECT ANOTHER DRY CYCLE SO THAT YOUR LAUNDRY CAN FINISH DRYING.

STEP 13 REMOVE YOUR CLOTHES FROM THE DRYER AND PLACE THEM BACK INTO YOUR LAUNDRY BASKET OR HAMPER

THE END! HOORAY! YOUR LAUNDRY IS WASHED AND DRIED! DO YOU KNOW HOW TO FOLD LAUNDRY?
