3ODeX – Form 13 Overview CHA requests for Online Form-13 via ODeX Shipping Line /Surveyor/CFS checks the details and approves The details sent via EDI to the Port/ Terminal system Release of Form 13 by Terminal and then Number sent via ODeX to respective CHA

4ODeX – Form 13 - Online Process 1 CHA logins to and requests for Form sends the details to respective Liner 3 Logons into and checks the request details. 4 Once the details are approved, the details are sent to Terminal via EDI 5 The Terminal receives the details and generates the Form-13 CHA receives the Form-13 number through 7 TradeTerminalShipping Line The Form-13 details sent via EDI to 6 Shipping Line can then check the number through 7
