2 Earlier Process of Form13
Vessel declaration Process VOA declares vessel visit to the terminal (Cargo Control Desk) Terminal allots VIA No. to VOA VOA shares it with co-loader/partners Form-13 Generation process Truck arrives pre-gate and handover required documents to CHA and wait to have Form13/check list copy to gate In the container CHA approaches Liner’s office to submit invoice and other documents and get Form-13 copy CHA approaches pre-gate/trucker to hand over the copy of form 13/Check list Truck/Container Gate In process Trucker reaches to Pre-gate with Form-13/Checklist Data updated in N4 by pre gate clerk Trucker leaves pre-gate and reaches to Yard Gate Physical survey is done at yard gate and EIR generated Form 13/Checklist etc documents are submitted at yard gate Bat allocated – drop ticket generated and handed over to the trucker by Yard Gate Clerk Truck moves towards customs gate for further movement END

3 Digitized Process of Form13 (Eform13)
Vessel declaration Process VOA to declare vessel visit to the terminal (Cargo Control Desk) Terminal to generate VIA No. in N4, enter vessel detail/visit etc. in Eform13 software Terminal to share VIA No. and allotted moves with VOA VOA to share allotted moves and other details with co-loader/service partners Form-13 Generation process Login credentials are already provided to registered liners, CHAs/Shippers CHA to update necessary details, and upload shipping bill etc. in E-form13 software and submit it for approval of relevant shipping line – Notification will be sent to the concern shipping line automatically by system Shipping line to verify the data in E-form 13 software and approve it. Notification of approval will be sent to the CHA by system CHA to update truck visit/truck booking in the software and get print out of E-form 13 Print copy to handover to the trucker on arrival at Pre/main gate (trucker does not need to visit Pre gate for data entry in N4 However the terminal has arranged a provision of issuing print out of E form 13 at Pre Gate Security office Truck/Container entry process Trucker will reach to Yard gate Mobile inspection: Seal/document/damage verification is to be done in digital way. Photos of container is taken in note pad. Copy of E-form 13 is submitted at Yard gate BAT ID is generated. Container drop ticket is allotted to the trucker Truck to move towards customs gate for further movements.

4 Benefits of digitized process of Form-13
Benefits to the Terminal: Data is transferred directly to Navis system from Eform-13 software/application. Time saving in updating the data in N4 at Pre-Gate Time saving in verification of documents -Manpower cost can be saved Enhance the customer satisfaction Benefits to CHAs: CHAs do not require to rush to transporter and concern shipping line office to handing/taking documents Online data updation and approvals will be done that will save time and man power. Benefits to Shipping Lines: Online approval will help shipping line to avoid frequent disturbance of people for allotment of Form-13 Benefits to Transporters: Truckers do not need to visit Pre-Gate office, standing in queue for data updation in N4
