Workout Plan BY: Madison Duncan

My Plan I plan to do 30 minutes a day of a circuit trained cardio workout. I will use the track, a jump rope, step up board, exercise matt, and body weight. I plan to try this for a month and see where I am after that.

Monday/Wednes day/Friday 30 minutes a day 25 step ups on the step-up board (3 minutes) 25 jumping jacks (3 minutes) 25 crunches (2 minutes) 25 lunges (3 minutes) 25 squats (3 minutes) 1 min of jumping rope Cool down (5 minutes) Check heart rate before and after each day
