Before a game During a regular practice.. (since most of the parents problapy are bringing and picking up the kids anyway..) As a special day with both parenst and kids The different modules can be held at different times

Basic rules of the game Game idea - Each team consist of 5 players and up to 7 substitute players - 4 quarters of each 10 minutes - If a player makes contact, a foul is called. You are only allowed to have five fouls - to encourage a fast game, you have to try scoring in 24 second - likewise, you have to get ball over middlle before 8 seconds, and when done you cannot play the ball back to your own side of the court - out of bounce always from nearest line - each game starts with a tipp-off - jump-ball: if two oppponents both get a grip on the ball and its impossible to get the ball without rough play, a jump-ball is called. Possesion then alternates You may - dribble with one hand at the time for as long as you want - cath the ball, dribble and catch again and then attempt to shoot or pass - to pivot: moving one foot as much as you like whilst keeping the other foot at the same spot without lifting it - to score from every where on the floor. You can score three or two points, and free throws is one point

Parents day ___________________________________________ Parents to minies and boys/girls players is being invited to watch the first mens or womens team to play a regular game.. or you can arrange a trip to a game in the best league Before the game they get a short introduction to the sport – from the coach or a player Afterwards parents and kids play some basketball and other games together (30 minutes) The club must see to transport and food, drinks etc. The arrangement can be followed up by a regular parensts course and first then the club should try to recruit parents for jobs in the club
