 Once RMS Contract resolved expect one video a month  First Video: Installing QCS 2.38 

 No more QCS Site ID – everything based on Contractor ID  Ability to assign permissions  Instant updates of information (no more imports/exports)  Ability to work offline and upload later  Ability to attach files in many locations

 Each contract must be assigned to a Prime contractor by USACE in RMS 3.0  USACE adds first staff member to contractor staff and sets them as administrator  Contractor sets up permissions for each staff member  Staff member logs in and selects prime contractor to access contracts
