 Welcome to Grade 9 Religion!  Calendar  SIS Forms  Class Procedures: (cell phones, lates, w/r breaks, uniform..)  Portfolios

FREEDOM = CHOICE = RESPONSIBILITY

 I am free to make choices about my course work. If I make a bad choice, I will be responsible for my choice.  No Excuses.

Think of all the people that are impacted (besides you) when you are late. Respect your education. Respect why you are here.

 I will always arrive to class on time.  I will always be in full uniform.  I will leave my phone and/or ipod in my locker/backpack.

 I will not bring food into the classroom.  I will sign in with the office with a note if I am late.  I will catch up on work if I have an absence from class.

 I will complete my work with care and submit it on time.  Upon entering the classroom, I will take what I need from my school bag and place it at the back of the room to avoid distractions.  I will be respectful of my peers and teacher.

 I agree to my responsibilities for Grade 9 Religion with Mrs. Foran  Student Name:________________________  Parent Name:_________________________

 Portfolios are meant to keep all of my summative work.  I will track my marks and record them in my portfolio.  I will reflect on my achievement and descriptive feedback from my teacher.  I will bring my portfolio home at midterm to have it initialed by my parents.
