The Church is One  One baptism  One Lord  One faith  One Creed  One Pope

The Church is Holy  Jesus is holy and is the one who established the Church  The Sacraments make us Holy  It is led by the Holy Spirit  The Apostles ordain priests who give us the Sacraments

The Church is Catholic  Lower case ‘c’  Universal  All around the world there are Catholics  The Mass is the same all over the world  The Bishops are present world-wide to show the universal nature of the Church  The Bishops are the ones who make sure the Sacraments are present to everyone (i.e. Confirmation)

The Church is Apostolic  Christ founded the Apostles to found and spread the Church  All of the bishops come from the apostles  The Holy Spirit guides and protects the Apostles to teach the truth  The teachings of the Church come from the Apostles
