Being absent hurts your chemistry grade.

…unless you Make it a priority to make up the work as soon as possible. Find out what you missed before returning to class –By checking the calendar on the moodle site –By checking missing assignments in the gradebook on the student portal –By coming in before school on the day you return to school –By communicating with classmates

Being absent hurts your chemistry grade more than it hurts your grade in most other classes.

Making up missed work in chemistry must be a priority over most other classes or it will hurt your grade.

If you were unable to check online, look at the “What did I miss?” display in the room at an appropriate time (before school is the best time for this). Bell Work Questions are found on the calendar.

You should find papers that were distributed in the front part of your class folder.

Turn in assignments in the folder behind the divider.
