6 Roles and Responsibilities of the Ringette Coach (70 MIN) Rationale: There are many tasks that must be done for a community sport team. Coaching staffs must be organized and prepared to do the tasks effectively. (Mini Lecture) Objective: To determine the roles of the coaching staff and to specify how to share these responsibilities before, during, and after a competition, as well as at practices.

Each group rotates to the next piece of flipchart paper and adds any tasks it feels is missing. Highlight any key points or add ideas that may be missing. Wrap up and Evaluation Here are the steps in the evaluation process: When a workshop’s coaches are checked off and the workshop is marked as completed, an is sent to each coach asking him or her to complete the workshop evaluation. A link to the evaluation is included in the . The coach can then complete the evaluation and submit it. Coaches can edit an evaluation for 24 hours after submitting it. Coaches can also begin the evaluation of the workshop from the Status area on RC’s Coaching Website. Each workshop a coach has completed will have an 'evaluate clinic' link.
